We have all had them. The bad boss – a boss that is demeaning, takes credit for your ideas, blames you for poor performance on things you have no control over, abuses their employees in so many other ways, or is simply incompetent . A bad boss can not only create problems for their organization, but can have a profoundly detrimental impact on people’s lives.
If you have a bad boss story you would like to share, write a short synopsis of 50 words or less describing the boss and the situation, and Dr. Schroeder will contact you to set up a longer interview. Your information will be kept in the strictest confidence, and you may see your story in his next book!
